Terms of Service
To lay the foundation for our business relationship, Sarah Woods is providing you with the following information and terms of service for your work together.

COLLABORATION
Please refer to the Collaboration Overview Sarah provided for your work together. Because Sarah’s offerings range from Private Sessions, Private Containers to Bespoke Containers and beyond, the specific collaboration terms are highlighted for each individual in this document.
FEES & INVOICING
The fees for this contract, as agreed upon, will be payable to Sarah Woods Consulting prior to the commencement of the business relationship.
If you are making a split or monthly payment, fees will be charged as per the payment agreement in your Collaboration Overview.
When possible, payment made by e-transfer or wire-transfer is preferred. Otherwise, invoicing through Stripe will be sent.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Due to the time, scope and nature of the work, Sarah’s policy is that the initial term for working together is non-refundable.
If you are partnering on a Bespoke Container, and it is deemed you and Sarah are no longer a fit to work together, one month notice (and investment) is required to terminate the relationship.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Sarah regards all information obtained during your sessions as confidential and proprietary, and shall not disclose any information without your written consent, unless required to do so by law.
CHALLENGES
If Sarah ever says or do anything that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. Sarah is here to support you and welcomes your feedback on how best to do so.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As a facilitator and guide, Sarah’s sole mission is to help you be the best you can be, using your talents and abilities to achieve your goals. Results are not guaranteed.
You willingly enter into this business relationship with the understanding that you are responsible for your own decisions and creating your own results. You also agree not to hold your mentor liable for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct result of a specific referral given by the mentor.
You are aware that the business relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of psychotherapy. In the event professional counselling, healthcare or therapy is needed, it is your responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional.
