Gorgeous you, it’s time to get naked. Stripping down everything that isn’t you, for the nature of your being to lead. Your body is love, materialized. What if, while reading this letter, you dropped all ideas and images of your body, and connected with my words that are offered as an invitation to embody all of who you be?

I am writing this from France’s Côte Vermeille, on the Mediterranean Coast near the border with Spain. The nature here was the source of movement and beauty for the late French sculpture, Aristide Maillol. Yet, he never copied, because he knew one can’t duplicate nature. He shaped his statues following the movement of his own expression. Celebrating the harmony, peace and cosmic order found in the universe that is… the divine feminine in form.

And she is you.

At birth we actualize as an image of love. The body, an image of love! Yet, at the same time, patterns and cycles hook into us and become the foundation in which we sometimes create life. A blueprint that has nothing to do with us, or the pure love we be, yet feels oh-so-personal. Unseen, heavy and very old baggage that we have choice in dropping.

Often this leads to one believing they have to change who they are. What if, you didn’t have to fix those patterns and cycles? What if you’re here for love, a return to love, and to materialize love?

The blueprint from other time space coordinates, within the body, often pushes one into the mind. A perceived safer place to live, where one believes they can control life, rather than experience and live life by being control. The mind takes over, and one detaches from the limbs beneath them. Humanity now at a new edge, many are abandoning the mind for synthetic technology that they wear. But that’s a different letter, for another day…

The tear down, however, can feel like an abandonment of everything you know and very often, oh so personal. This letter is an invitation into higher-levels, where your discerning nature must take the lead.

Do you realize, you have a body? Go there, feel it now. And, is it possible to honour the body, and trust when fully taken over by pure love, it is a pivotal foundation of the leadership and expression you’re here to be?

Rather than look in a mirror, and have your mind tell you how you should look and feel, our technology of being is actually wired to tell us in every moment what is aligned, and what is not. Direct access to the harmony, peace and order that we are here to command as= the future. To be able to function efficiently, one must leave the safety of the mind, and embody their heart to lead this way.

Not from a place of fixing themselves. From a place of the fierce heart, pushing out everything that’s not love, so a positive path forges from within the body’s original blueprint. A blueprint that connects to the systems of nature, and a divine order within our cosmos.

It’s not a comfortable journey. But let’s get real for a moment, life isn’t a comfortable adventure, is it? Everything that you’ve been avoiding within your body, is perpetuating negative patterns and cycles that cause you pain, grief and destruction in your life. The invitation in OMG You’ve Got a Body is actually, to embody. To be in your body, to experience it, and to command a positive future by living your dream of heart from it.

To sit still, in silence, and get in touch with the nature of your being.

To allow any eruption. Tears. Anger. Grief.

To wash away everything that isn’t heart, and return.

Control freaks, stand down.

The key to this, is to not make the eruptions, tears, anger or grief personal. This isn’t about reflection, growth or becoming a better person. This is about clearing the deck and an exit. The dysfunction, the baggage, and lineage of sadness, is not you.
