Collaboration Stories — Relationships: Support for relational clarity and partnership transformation.
These collaborations reflect how relationship with self is where new leadership emerges. A reminder that inner intelligence is always available, even in times of discomfort and challenge. When attention returns to the body, the heart, individuals are able to access clear presence to navigate change, relationship and responsibility with greater precision and capacity.
Collaboration aim:
Romantic partnership and presence.
Client: C., Film Maker & Storyteller, Florida, USA
Orientation: This collaboration supported the client in noticing habitual relational patterns and engaging with them consciously rather than reactively.
Shift: The client described expanded awareness and relational presence that carried beyond the immediate context.
Reflection: “Sarah has a beautifully unique approach. I discovered her at a time when I was very happy with my life. But my heart felt like it had some unexplored hurt that needed attention. Sarah worked with me as a guide, an intuitive, a questioner, and helped me find my own knowing, unpacking layers of history and gently feeling the impact they were having on me. It was truly a miraculous experience. One that I’m so very grateful for. One that I had the power to do but needed Sarah and her sensitivity and insight to bring me to a more full feeling, open hearted realization of myself and, as she would say, “the magic that I be”. What an amazing gift!
This helped me in ways so far beyond relationships. I didn’t know the power of the work that we would do together. The trauma from my previous relationships was still in me even though I felt resolved about many aspects of them. Working with Sarah, and feeling through the hidden places of this trauma as well as past life, past spirit, past ‘being’ trauma and experiences, opened me up to a blissful love. A love free of fear and expectation, one that I could just ride the beautiful energy of from beginning to end. Safe in the knowledge of my heart, my place, my beauty, my specialness and my love. I wish for anyone whose heart is calling out, or even murmuring, to be able to experience the sense of awe and peace that working with Sarah has brought to my life.”
Collaboration aim:
Greater relational peace personally and professionally.
Client: G., Fascial Stretch Therapist, Personal Trainer, Vancouver, Canada
Orientation: The work focused on exiting patterns of reaction and grounding into new awareness resulting in healthy control of self.
Shift: The client described relief from habitual stress and a lighter relational field.
Reflection: “I’m always reluctant to try something I don’t understand, but I wish I’d jumped on that call earlier. Everything seems a bit lighter. So, thank you.”
Collaboration aim:
Navigating divorce and returning to wholeness.
Client: L., Vancouver, Canada, Coach and Business Consultant
Orientation: This engagement created space for exploring the intersection of past conditioning while navigating a big life transition.
Shift: The client described new relational clarity and forward momentum.
Reflection: “Sarah is a truly exceptional healer, guide and lion-hearted soul. Her sessions are playful, provocative and full of love. She’s never afraid to ask me tough questions, and the way she gently challenges me is exactly what helps me to grow. It’s also what helps me move into the heart of the matter, so that I can make a change and find a new path forward. After my sessions with Sarah, I always walk away with a lightness of being.
Working with Sarah after my divorce was what truly guided me to change my life, heal my soul and re-awaken my heart. Her sessions helped me shift away from the feelings of heaviness and stuck-ness that were closing me off and shutting me down, and shift me into sensations of lightness, openness and possibility instead. That transformation is the energy that finally unlocked my heart, and enabled me to move forward in life and love at a time when I really thought I’d never move on.
Sarah helped me remember what it’s like to live in big love and possibility, and for that, I’m forever grateful.”
Collaboration aim:
Starting anew post divorce.
Client: N., Seattle, United States, Computer Engineer
Orientation: This collaboration supported a period of reorientation following repeated relational endings, enabling the client to notice response patterns and expand choice.
Shift: The client described increased awareness and capacity to respond with expanded self-understanding.
Reflection: “I came across Sarah’s work on a dreary winter morning. I was obsessively searching the internet for ‘How to get over a breakup’ days after my heart was broken into tiny, microscopic pieces. After having been through 2 divorces by 30 (just like Ross from Friends) I wasn’t emotionally equipped to handle another abrupt termination of what I thought was love.
I didn’t know where working with Sarah would take me. I went in with no expectations or projections.
From the first breakthrough call, I felt a connection with her. She saw me. All my grit and resilience. All my scars and deep-seated wounds. And she guided me through the practice of addressing those wounds and healing them.
This work is not a quick fix. This work did not change the environment around me. It changed how I process events and respond to them.
This quote by Cynthia Occelli sums it all up!
“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”
Collaboration aim:
Alignment within romantic relationship patterns.
Client: M., Asheville, United States, Astrologer
Orientation: This engagement explored habitual relational response patterns to support new modes of engagement.
Shift: The client described a shift into present engagement and new relational ease.
Reflection: “Last night I kept thinking about you saying that I’ve been anchoring into my trauma to be here, and damn if I didn’t feel that and then start to feel how different it is to choose to be in the body rather than rely on that trauma to tie me here. I feel different today. So, so, so much lighter.”
