Sarah has developed her Pay What Feels Light framework to support the emergence of critical new leadership. The level of contribution reflects resources currently available to the leader, enterprise or system collaborating with Sarah. It is not a reflection of the value of the work, the importance of the mission or the significance of what is being held.

The Principle.

To engage in Pay What Feels Light means we share intention to materialize aligned creation. From that connection, the structure of exchange becomes clear. Pricing is set through conversation and held with mutual clarity and respect.

Private Container Framework.

After an initial Private Session, where there is mutual resonance, collaboration continues within Sarah’s client community. Typically, collaborations begin with a three-month commitment and continue on a month-to-month basis. Contribution reflects the resources currently available to the leader, not the importance of the work.

Emerging Systems & Structures

Leaders directly engaged in building and shaping new initiatives, ventures, movements or organizations in formative stages, including pre-revenue, self-funded, B Corp, social impact and creative projects.
Three Month Container: $6,000–$10,000

Expanding Systems & Structures

Leaders in transition or growth phases, with increasing responsibility and emerging systems complexity.

Pay What Feels Light is revisited in accordance with the current realities, resources, and complexity of the collaboration.

Private Sessions.

Private Sessions are 60-minutes, for those navigating moments of decision, transition, opportunity or complexity. This is focused, designed to bring clarity, perspective and precision to what is currently unfolding. If you’re working with Sarah for the first time, the session is 90-minutes in length.

Many clients return at key moments over time, using Private Sessions as a way to reorient within longer arcs of leadership, creation, and responsibility.
