Dear Leader, perhaps you’re walking a fine line when it comes to your purpose. An alarming amount of silent self-doubt, coupled with equal parts healthy rage. This is normal. Those who dare to defy the status quo, like you, must remember, you came here for these times. As you navigate so-called uncertainty, this letter is an invitation to remember who you are, and why you’re here, so you can be in the movement of your expression. An essential call to exit old-world ideas of purpose so you’re no longer in limitation, and can act.

This isn’t a normal letter. It’s an active collaboration. My words will evoke inspiration, they will challenge, they will trigger collapse. None of it personal, all of it, essential. As you read, allow any chaos evoked to dissipate. My offering is an invitation beyond the mind. Take what feels light, leave what feels heavy. Be willing to trust only your heart.

Deep within you, you know you’re here for these times. Perhaps your alarm went off years ago, and you’ve been navigating the internal realms of self to restructure your life for greater creation. Maybe you’ve just arrived to my letters with a deep knowing that now is the time to act, but you don’t know how. Regardless, you know something greater for humans and earth is possible, and you are actively remembering that blueprint for success.

This space of creation requires you to exit old-world constructs of purpose. Who you are and why you’re here isn’t a thing or a mission statement, which inevitably limits you. It’s a truth of your being.

It’s a truth of your being. I’m starting here, because this is an essential remembering that has nothing to do with romance, and everything to do with survival. When shit hits the fan, when funding is almost dried-up, or when you’re rejected (yet again) the truth is, your success is not tied to those images. Your success, your purpose, returns to this simple truth: you are pure love.

Otherwise, you’re creating from a template of a dying world, attached to ideas that take you away from your true innovation. While your expertise, skills and experience are vital to lead new systems change, to innovate beyond the mind, and to cultivate community, leaders are required to return not to the trap or purpose for next steps from the mind, but to their true foundation of being, so they can act from their inner instructions. (Which, will likely look completely different from what your mind, or any purpose, could imagine.)

New leadership is here to bridge the collective to a positive future. You’re here to doubt and screw-up, you’re here to take chances, and you’re here to do it from a completely new foundation that guarantees a Future by Coeur. This guarantee doesn’t insure success as your mind would like. The how is no longer a prescription, but a foundation of being. Which means, you may never see the full materialization of your expression in your lifetime. You, can however, trust, that when you return to purpose redefined, that each choice from the foundation of pure love, evokes a new tunnel of change for that positive future to actualize.

Allow success, purpose, to be this simple. To be able to come back to the moment, for everything to change. When you’re on the ledge of bankruptcy, when you’re down to the wire in making rent, or when your idea isn’t materializing as expected, what other choice do you have? Come back to true purpose, so your inner intelligence can direct a new choice.

Purpose, goals, and expectations, need to be put in the correct setting for you to be in the true success of what you’re leading. This is what allows you to choose, and to choose again. Not from a structured right and wrong, but from an always-in-motion truth that is the brilliance of your inner intelligence in action.

Let’s start with how…

The foundation in which you create from, matters. It is the how. Exiting purpose, cycles and patterns that cause harm, your heart creates a new path, a new channel forward. This golden highway, sometimes feels like bushwhacking. These are the times we’re in. And so, you must exit purpose that serves to limit, control and contort, and open to the precise instructions within that have yet to take form in the physical. When the spontaneity of heart hits, you have choice – to either follow those inner instructions, or follow a so-called purpose constructed from the mind. (And often done so, to keep you apparently safe.)

You came here to be this leader. To act during these times beyond what you currently see around you. And to know, in every second, success is available, always there, always within. There is no template outside the leader. For higher love to materialize, the reality check is fierce:

Do you really need a purpose to guide you? Are you really here to follow a manual constructed from the mind? What enslaved aspect of the old world, are you still believing is real life?

It’s time to loosen the grip on purpose, and come back to truth: the source of your creation, matters.

If you came here to be a leader, what is it within you, not outside of you, that is there to instruct, and for you, to act on?

The purpose then, is redefined so you’re only connected with the aspect of you that sources that instruction. The pure love you be. I call this, a Future by Coeur.

Heart-based leadership is about knowing without a doubt, who you are and why you’re here. The light of that which you be. Pure love. It’s not a purpose, or a goal, but a spontaneous action of being from your only source, heart. What this means is, the blueprint of the past, is not he future. In this moment, pursue not a purpose, but the wild of the love you be. This is precision. Not an erratic so-called go-with-the-flow that’s flaunted in the old world. It’s a mastery of self that knows success and holds that template securely within the temple of the body.

This glow within, templates success beyond words. This is absolutely essential. Because in times of great rebuild, you can’t be married to a purpose or a focus that extracts you from the source of your inner intelligence and instructions. That’s what the mind has done, and look at the world right now. In times of collapse, if your success is tied to an image, a purpose or an external goal (that is crumbling) the identity of you, crumbles with it. Exiting judgement, the heart offers a space for change without separation or wrongness.

In these times, you must align with pure love so any image, any idea, any creation, is constructed in the freedom of it evolving, ending, or expanding, without it being personal. And so, creation is about choices, and the ability to always, choose again.

Before you can access the skills required for the world that doesn’t yet exist (that you’re currently building) new leadership knows to accesses the finer frequencies of leadership so they materialize a world from a new foundation.

The truth is, stability and predictability, is an inside job. Purpose, redefined, is the ability to access the peace within. The positive future requires you to know that the answer is always simple, and to return there. To think about systems, crises and change from a different foundation than which the problems were created from. Making decisions requires you to have a direct link to purpose redefined – to your source of success. Not a mission, not a label, not an idea. So one is not locked into a constricted idea of the future, but a stable foundation of truth within, that allows leadership to choose in every moment.

Systems thinking requires depth, ability to see how interconnected the world is and knowing that, nothing is separate. This is the heart. Those in mastery know there’s nothing to anticipate for the future, only the ability to act from the solid foundation of being. This is purpose, redefined.

You have to be quick. The moment matters. In an instant, everything can change. And change again. And the foundation in which you choose, matters. Our connection point with others is within this same space of being, heart. Not within the wounds, the problems or cycles of the past where one might define purpose.

And so, as I write these words, and you collaborate with their transmission, the invitation is to do so through that shared space of heart. Where I am ever deepening my connection with my purity of being, just as you. Though I consider myself a healthy authority of heart, and while I love to be in the movement of words, write and collaborate for new creation… none of this is my purpose. Simply a natural expression of me, being me. My success is not tied to how many people read this, or how far I reach, but that I’m being true to the purity of my being and beat of success.

That’s what it means to participate in a Future by Coeur. From this foundational frequency of leadership, not purpose, I wonder what else is possible?
