Markers of success are important. Especially when visioning and building something new. Underneath the numbers, accolades and headlines however, is the leader’s internal alignment and system, stewarding the materialization.
And so, the first marker of success must always be, heart.
The numbers aren’t always going to be positive. (Inevitable.) Many, might not even be watching you. (Likely.) The headlines may not read favourably. (Which, arguably, may be a sign you’re on the right track if you’re truly creating beyond broken systems and structures… ) All of this to say, the leader must have a direct and clear connection with heart to know their own marker of success. A pulse that guides in stormy waters, and a compass that knows when to pivot based on an internal current, not the waves.

This true success of our times is about a rebalancing. A leader knows, they are not separate from the problem they are solving nor the person standing next to them. The initiation as the sea. Translating this to your current-day creation, means you’re connected deeply with the coeurency of creation, and not attached to how it takes form. It means you’re in direct connection with the cosmic puzzle, and with great certainty you take shape as the perfect puzzle piece. Not because you know what it looks like, but because you understand the success of your heart and how to translate each beat as you create and materialize it.

When you explore this deeply, it means your mind doesn’t have to be fixed on how things will turn out, how things might take shape. The foundation of this truth comes back to the simplicity within you. The spark of heart that reminds you of your expansive and infinite truth that you are everlasting.
The fierce heart who remembers this, is needed now. A glow that burns so strong, it is impossible for your own light, not to lead. A mastery in knowing one’s beat of truth. Aligned with a divine will, where materialization occurs through discipline and boundaries. Not from a force in the mind, but because of one’s fluency with nature, and the universe, governing a return.
