I came here for these times. Perhaps you feel the same, and know the collective is ready for an active shift in how we lead, create and build our communities and businesses.

This systems change can feel messy and chaotic. Yet, what I’ve learned from many of my collaborations, which in some cases span ten years, is the future isn’t set, but is chosen in every moment. This is what I call, a Future by Coeur.

These times are commanding a lot of us. There’s a unique fire rising among leaders, fuelling precise action. A collective, silent, movement among many to fully embody the inherent solution they came here to be. There is a collapse transpiring in every moment. And in every moment, the great rebuild is also underway.

Lead by Coeur is for those actively taking action from heart. No label required, but an innate knowing that you came here for these times and now is the time to act.

It can feel overwhelming, and sometimes feel lonely, to know you have a vision coded within you, yet it doesn’t fit in current systems and structures. The art of bridging, the discernment in knowing when to say no, and the courage to follow the innate recognition within you, to act against the status quo, requires great mastery.

You, your heart, are recognized here in this space.

After twenty-years working in various management consulting positions and as a facilitator, I feel deep within me, now is the time to gather. Expanding my work by holding a potent container so we accelerate and simplify the journey, while creating the seemingly impossible. Because, well, we know it is what we came here to do.
