Rather than fixed pricing models that assume uniform conditions, this framework acknowledges that leadership, systems and resources vary. It reflects a commitment to integrity and coherence to build a positive future without scarcity, urgency, or comparison.

Context over comparison: Exchange reflects the material conditions and responsibility of your current leadership context, not worth, need or struggle.
Responsibility over affordability: Pricing is oriented around the posture you hold toward what you are building.
Clarity without negotiation: These ranges are not sliding scales or discounts. They are reference orientations discussed in conversation.
Mutual discernment: All collaborations begin with an Introductory Private Session to ensure alignment of context, capacity and intentions.
Container Framework.
The following ranges are offered as orientation points for ongoing collaborative containers, typically a minimum of six months and in some cases, three months. Exact terms are shaped relationally, each bespoke. These ranges reflect typical material conditions, not hierarchies of value. This is not an entry-level coaching price list or a sliding scale. It is a set of reference ranges for relational, ongoing collaboration that works within your operational budget.
Bootstrapping Leadership
Early-stage founders, self-funded initiatives, leaders navigating uncertainty with limited resources. €900 – €2,000 / month
High-Potential Leadership
Leaders in transition or growth phases, with increasing responsibility and emerging systems complexity. €3,000 – €6,000 / month
Established Leadership
Senior leaders, founders, or executives holding institutional complexity, influence, and sustained scope. €7,500 – €12,500+ / month

A one-hour facilitation session, offered to Sarah’s client community including participants in Office Hours and those already in a container. Generally, this is not an entry point for new collaborations.
