A Future by Coeur belongs to all of us, no title, position, or label required. There’s a signature of heart as a common thread between those Sarah collaborates with. Leaders, all at various stages of their build, and working toward the same, positive future. Pay What Feels Light framework was created to facilitate the emergence of critical new leadership, in all forms. From kitchen and market stands, to the boardroom.
The level of contribution reflects resources currently available to the individual, enterprise or system collaborating with Sarah. It is not a reflection of the value of the work, the importance of the mission or the significance of what is being held.

The principle.
We begin with our bond of collaboration. To engage in Pay What Feels Light means we share intention to materialize aligned creation. From that connection, the structure of exchange becomes clear. Pricing is set through conversation and held with mutual clarity and respect.
Private Containers.
After an initial Private Session, collaboration may continue in a Private Container. Typically, collaborations begin with a three or four-month commitment, and may continue on a month-to-month basis.
OUVERT.
For the open heart building something new. You may be shaping an idea, creative practice, business, nonprofit, community initiative, or other emerging structure. Resources can be limited, but the importance of your work is not.
Monthly Commitment: $3,333
VASTE.
For the expansive heart navigating growth. Your responsibilities are increasing. Your influence is expanding. You’re leading through greater complexity while continuing to build sustainable systems and relationships.
Monthly Commitment: $3,333 to $6,000
PROFOND.
For the deep heart stewarding established organizations and wider influence. You hold responsibility for mature systems, institutional leadership, or significant spheres of influence.
Monthly Commitment: $6,000 to $10,000
Some collaborations naturally conclude after the initial period. Others continue for many months, or years, as leaders navigate evolving stages of growth, transition, stewardship and systemic complexity. Pay What Feels Light is revisited in accordance with the current realities, resources, and complexity of the collaboration.
Private Sessions.
Private Sessions are 60-minutes. Many collaborators in Sarah’s community return at key moments over time, to collaborate on their evolving creation, matters of heart or mastery in the multi-dimensional realms of self.
