Perspectives on Grief: le coeur and experiencing death.

Collaboration aim:
Returning to heart after sudden loss of husband.

Client: K., Fernie, Canada, Accountant & Retreat Owner

Orientation: This collaboration supported a response to sudden, profound loss. Rather than managing emotion as an obstacle, this collaboration created space for integration allowing the client to move through the grief with endurance, presence and clarity as life responsibilities unfolded.

Perspective: “The work I did with Sarah over three months had a greater impact and created more healing and awareness for me than the weekly sessions I had with my therapist for over a period of a year. I was guided to work with Sarah after my husband suddenly died. Her gentle guidance served as a re-awakening for my soul through the grief, and helped me align with my highest purpose and come back home to my heart.”

Collaboration aim:
Redefining motherhood after death of parent.

Client: R., Entrepreneur, Consulting Agency, Calgary, Canada

Perspective: “Sarah was able to tune in and give me the clarity I needed to navigate the most difficult time of my life. She helped me look beyond my current circumstances to find meaning and a path forward. She showed me how to step more fully into BEing and let my heart lead the way in my healing, awareness and growth. Thank you, Sarah. I will always remember and cherish your support through this unimaginably hard time.”

Collaboration aim:

I did it (ended my marriage) in such a gentle way, that although there is pain and emotion, we’re buddies. We’re not enemies. That’s friggin’ beautiful. I’m so thankful for your help and guidance in getting there.”

You have a wonderful gift and in just one session with you, I have never felt so safe, loved and understood.”
