The Temptation to Outsource: Risking the Human Heart
Volume I | Issue II | Letter IV | Autumn MMXXV | words: Sarah Woods
The leaders of the future are in mastery of the modality of their own heart. Unlike the imbalanced experts of the past who can’t get a grip on healthy control of self, these heart-led humans know nothing is personal. Harnessing impeccable mindset and mastering their nervous system, the temptation to outsource for new leaders is nothing more than an addiction in an old world that is dying.
Sarah joins Kerrie Penney on Secret Heart Broadcasting. Among many topics, Sarah touches on an addiction many have to a lack of self love which fuels the temptation to outsource. February MMXXIV.
Ten years ago, I was painfully on repeat with clients suggesting they put down the damn tarot card and start creating their life. Guiding them into their own super-intelligence, I was advocating for life outside of a tired reality of repeat, of cycles. Yet, so many wouldn’t listen and instead, kept pulling cards hoping their life would change through the lens of mass distortion.
Today, people tell me they’re sourcing ChatGPT to interpret their dreams.
I cringe.
While I understand the contribution some of these old world tools can be in one’s development, we’re in a time where many are being commanded to get a grip not only for their own survival, but for that of the human heart. In an age where the astrologer or the weather report seems to have the biggest impact on collective thought and timelines, I wonder what would shift if more were willing to answer to their own ancient intelligence?

ChatGPT is not infinite intelligence. You are.
You are the answer, and you are the initiation. The heart is your true modality of change. Your first choice is wanting to change. Not to fix or heal, but to choose being human as a guardian of heart, as a guardian of the future.
If you’re not plugged directly into your own heart, and crystal clear on that communication, distortion and filters transpire. Just think about it this way, when you take a photo of yourself, it is an image. Add a fancy filter, and it becomes a distorted image of you. What I’m advocating for is to stop taking the selfie, drop the distortions and in every moment, ACT. Recognize that your body and your creations can be an expression of heart and true intelligence, or an image of distortions.
What are you going to choose?
In my last publication of Letters by Coeur, I wrote about my personal capacity for being seen as a leader. How my evolution has been generally, a solo journey. It’s been about building the strength and resilience for what these times call on us for as an individual. A relentless commitment to self, so one can act. Not because we’re here to work alone, but because the first step in conscious evolution and cooperation, is knowing who you are and why you’re here.
That’s not about a purpose. It’s not about seeking. It’s a deep remembering of who you truly be.
It’s a rare concept in the old world, where most are dependent on other without a grasp of the freedom available when you create life interdependently. An unfortunate reality where many are addicted to a lack of self love.

There’s no room in this new world for outsourcing your heart. It’s a gnarly journey and it’s a rebirth. For those who survive the birth canal, they’re left standing there, naked, with no choice… but to act from their own intelligence of being.
Ten years ago I went through my own rebirth ceremony in the loving presence of one of my mentors. How lucky I was to be held in that space and guided as I was reborn to Mother Earth. Let’s get real though, that was a luxury. And, just as much of an old world tool as the tarot card.
Today, the collective is going through this rebirth.
Life is the ceremony.
It’s another example of an old world approach, a rebirth ceremony, that no longer works. Because things are accelerating, moving so quickly, we don’t have time to recreate what’s happening. We have to be alert and aware in every moment, and act.
One must put down the tarot cards. Drop any outsourcing to a synthetic intelligence and choose to be their heart’s movement of creation, moment to moment. It’s from this place we can collaborate, we can cooperate and we can build something new. It comes down to your choice in every moment. That choice, is a creation. Each choice, creates new possibilities. Reality reveals itself because of the healthy foundation and framework you build so you can shape the future.
We are that powerful.
First, you have to know without a doubt, who you are and why you’re here. That’s not a command to find out your purpose. It’s a survival skill of knowing your own heart beat. The rest figures itself out along the way.

What if we’re approaching a time where, if, you stray too far away from your beating heart, that you can’t return? The severing rarely happen in an instant. It happens over time, when one makes decisions, moment to moment, that choose other rather than their own body and heart.
