Letters by Sarah
Unhurried, poetic correspondence.

Letters by Sarah are published seasonly, where setting aside time for beneficial reading, is a pleasure. Reimagining the art of correspondence, each letter holds a transfiguration in itself. For some, the words are enough. For others, this publication is a point of contact.

For those who know they’re here for these times. For those beginning to feel it. And, for my collaborators.

I live in a small French village on the Mediterranean. I often feel like I’m walking into a movie set as I enter the neighbouring village. Just past the restaurant Neptune, the road curves into the village, the colours perfect, and I’m reminded with every step, I’m writing the story of my life. A cadence of creation, a magic carried through the waters within me that is… simple biology. Letters by Sarah is an artistic publication exploring the art of life and source of creation,” – Sarah Woods

She finally landed back in her body. Life felt different. She realized a chapter had closed and sitting in the dream of life was her, smirking, living beautifully as all of who she be. Extra-ordinary and willing to walk through the door of adventure.

Sarah, is always writing. Usually tucked away where the mountains meet the sea. Her artistic correspondence is inspired by a deep knowing within her that she is here to love, and be love. Letters by Sarah is an expression of how she experiences life and the depths within her own waters as she deepens her remembering of a positive future.

Letters by Sarah are published seasonally, as her words move. Thoughtful, unhurried correspondence, a transfiguration held in the frequency of each letter.

Sarah is not part of a lineage of wisdom, or a teacher of traditions. Her language is bespoke, not textbook. She came here to be an inherent solution through her precise heart during these times, not to solve a problem or fix anything. She is le coeur.

These letters are written from me, to you. They’re an invitation deeper into your own being. Take what feels light, drop what feels heavy. And from please, write me back.

Each letter is one interesting point of view. Written at a specific time space coordinate that speaks a language needed at that time. Take space for that which causes pause, make a new choice when inspired action calls and most importantly, enjoy.

Lead by Coeur [Nothing Left to Study]

I cross the invisible border and my body is home. One side of the mountain commands my attention like a healthy, strong masculine partner. The other side, well, she cradles me in the softness of my own heart. An axis point, I’m a living, embodied big heart, who’s ever expanding in the mastery. The mastery within the evolving boundaries of nature, and the universe. This, is what I call, Lead by Coeur.

Building Capacity for Being Seen

I was nearly born on a bridge in a city where the sea meets the sky, and grew-up on Southern Vancouver Island. I spent much of my childhood on the shores of an inlet on the Salish Sea, island hopping and befriending the messy and wise arbutus tree.
