Collaborate with Sarah.
For those who are not just solving problems, but engaging what is emerging. Collaboration with Sarah is a relational practice, not a transaction. It is for people and initiatives where inner intelligence and material engagement intersect, and where complexity invites attentive, precise inquiry. You don’t need to have language for what’s happening, only the willingness to meet it honestly and be in possibility for what’s next.
Exclusive collaborations.
The process.
How the Collaboration Begins
Collaboration opens with an Introductory Private Session. A 90-minute meeting designed to bring clarity and context to your current focus, and precision around what is alive in your work and what is calling for attention. This session is an orientation to collaborating and will reveal whether a deeper collaboration is aligned for both parties.
Forms of Engagement
As collaborations unfold, they take shape in containers that match context and commitment. Across all forms, the work is not “done to you.” It is held with you, in real time, at the pace and rhythm of what is forming.
Private Facilitation Sessions
Focused, one-to-one engagement tailored to where you are currently. These sessions are offered selectively to participants in existing containers and to Sarah’s client community.
Project-Specific Collaborations
Bespoke engagement tied to a particular initiative or phase of work. These are scoped in conversation toward a shared goal, honouring the journey of creation, rather than pre-defined deliverables.
Ongoing Collaborative Partnership (Retainer)
A container for sustained relational inquiry with space to attend to nuance, transition and emergent clarity over time. Contained by a shared goal and attentive to emerging needs based on how the creation unfolds.
Availability and Invitation
If you feel resonance with this way of working and are curious to explore further, you’re invited to inquire, initiating a conversation that honours mutual alignment, context and intention.
Collaboration and Exchange
Exchange is aligned to context, responsibility and the relational nature of the work. For transparent reference ranges and how exchange is oriented across containers, please see Pay What Feels Light.
“Sarah is unconventional. She helps my portfolio CEOs create the seemingly impossible. She ignites people and helps them totally transition themselves and their businesses. She only works with extraordinary CEOs who are championing a new dimension, a new reality, a new paradigm shift. She consults with people who break the mould of conventional innovation even in cities like San Francisco that homes unconventional innovators.”
